Le Havre AC concluded their season in the best possible way by defeating Bondy (6-1) and RC Anderlecht, the invited club (16-0), in the final phase held at La Gaillette, the RC Lens training center. A victory that rewards an exceptional year, marked by a single setback: a draw conceded in ten matches. With 28 points out of 30 possible, the Ciel & Marine have largely dominated the championship. Beyond this collective result, several individual distinctions come to highlight the quality of the work accomplished. Author of 33 goals, Charly Fleuret finishes top scorer in the championship, while Jose Otero has been elected best goalkeeper. Led by an excellent atmosphere and a very beautiful cohesion, the Havre team achieves a true full house and retains its title, already acquired last season at the UrbanSoccer of Strasbourg. A great pride for the entire club and its captain, Stéphane Delalandre, who salutes « a very beautiful group and a season accomplished at all levels ». Congratulations to all the players for this new championship title, the 14th in the history of HAC! The Ciel & Marine will now try to achieve the double at the occasion of the Coupe de France, which will take place on June 28 at the Camp des Loges.
