Le Havre AC has passed its audition with the DNCG, the financial authority of French football, without any issues. The club has received the green light without any restrictive measures, a first since its return to Ligue 1 in 2023. This decision was made possible by the financial guarantees provided by its majority shareholder, Blue Crow Sports Group. The HAC has welcomed this decision « strong and positive » in a statement. The club is undergoing a deep restructuring, marked by the expected arrival of Demba Ba as director of football and the imminent extension of Didier Digard on the Havrais bench. RC Lens has also received the green light from the DNCG, allowing the Artésien club to continue its preparations for the upcoming season.
